In the 2008 action film, Taken, Liam Neeson plays a retired CIA agent whose daughter is kidnapped while overseas. Early in the film, he speaks with the kidnappers briefly via telephone. He concludes that conversation with the following:

While the opening of the movie is troubling—is there a worse nightmare for a parent than kidnapping?—the setup makes for a wild romp. Neeson proves that he can hold his own as an action hero, and his “particular set of skills” serve him well.
